Having problems with sri_davie. Paid him this time last month and still no item. Sent u2u, email, text, no replies.
Got a u2u on the 25th June:
"sorry for the hold up ive not had full access to the paypal account of the net for the last week clocks will be sent tomorrow"
I wouldn't mind so much if he said they've been posted or something, as I can do something about it, but no replies to anything isn't looking good.
Maybe I should text him every day?

shauny bizzle, guys a bit of a loser. several times he said my mudflaps would be sent to me asap, he ignores u2u's and txt's. communicaion has totally broken down after 2 months waiting now, think he has changed his name to something similar to shauny bizzle too.

Bought some SXI alloys from him. When I paid via paypal, somehow a duplicate payment was sent. It is physically impossible to press send twice as the button goes 'flat', yet 32 seconds later another was sent.
Anyway, he said he had a limitation on his account and couldn't see his account history. Well of course this is crap, the only thing you cannot do when limited is send or withdraw money. Also, he would have had TWO emails from paypal saying he had received funds ( I had 2 funds sent emails) and would have known damn well that he had 2 x payments of £120.
After getting mixed messages and advice from paypal they told me to open a dispute, which I did, especially after Markus had ignored my last 3 u2u messages. After I started the dispute, he messages me with abuse, calling me all sorts. I replied and again he just gave me abuse back.
By some amazing ability, Markus without his account 'access' has managed to supply paypal with the tracking information of the wheels, I thought his account was limited?  Of course if his account now has no limitation where is my refund?
Unfortunately for Markus, I have the original thread archived, all the messages (with him saying he owes it me and will refund), the payment confirmations and emails saved, all the originals and screenshots galore.
So to anyone thinking about dealing with him I advise you either collect in person or don't do it at all.
Update - after legal papers landed on his doorstep (the address he didn't think I had ) he quickly shit his pants and refunded via paypal. Apparently his 'brother' used his paypal account, blah blah we haven't heard that one before have we?

i bought some speedline of of corsa333 for £300 aprently they was is perfect condion i waited a month a only got two the two i got where in shit condiotion and had bin sprayed witha rattle can they looked SHIT then it took at least 4 months to try and sort out getting the other two they never turned up so i got half my money back and was stuck wiv two shit alloys !

hate doing this but BRAGGY is messing myself and my mate around
i bought an xe dizzy off him last month and it arrived knackered and hes been fobbing me off for the last 3 weeks saying refund will be sent in the next few days and it still hasnt arrived
also my mate bought a c20let throttle body off him around the same time as my purchase and thats not arrived and he told him it was posted last week yet when i u2u'd him a couple of days ago he said it would be posted in the next few days along with my refund

anty, he said he wanted some rear springs off me (new FK rears) a few people wer interested but i turned them down as anty was coming across genuine and interested, so i was willing to do them abit cheaper and even meet him part way..
sorted a time of 4pm today, was ment to be going for a day trip out in wales with friends but let them down as i had to meet anty but didnt hear from him, even now havnt had a txt or u2u to say sorry about earlier etc..

I u2u'd asking how much he was after and got this reply
"Not wanting a lot, around £15 + postage - but open to offers "
So I OFFERED £15 right there and then
A few weeks passed and a few u2u's and I didnt hear anything from him (he did say he couldnt get on much)
But then I spotted a for sale thread in which he had the brace up for £15 + postage but generation had alerady been in contact with him about it as you can see here

See the reason I knew I was ignored, I was watching your profile, seen you read the u2u and proceed to browse elsewhere without replying
Its not the fact you advertised it even though I said I defo wanted it, nor is it that you sold it to someone else, its not even that you were sarcastic about it all.
Its the fact that you completely ignored me
Im not saying your a bad seller, as ive not bought anything, but your method is a funny one.
Why not just u2u me and say I want £15 plus the postage cost mate?
