could be a graphics card problem mate - tried updating your drivers, increasing settings etc?

otherwise its a problem with the models i would have thought

I had this problem, but unfortunately I don't remember how I fixed it, it's due to corrupted/non-existant textures. Try reinstalling the cars affected, and the wheel mods.

also try updating your version of Vice City to 1.1 if you havent already done so

Yeah, 1.1 is a fix for graphical corruptions, used to have some weird shit goin on with mine til I installed it.

I know I had that Diablo installed, no problems with it for me...

You need the GTA sound editor surprisingly enough

It's a pain in the arse tho, as the sound file is really easy to corrupt, and then your game will sound really crap.

graphics settings can be changed in the Video menu in Vice City. Just notch the resolution down by one and see if it makes a difference, i don't think it will because your textures actually look corrupted. Worth a fiddle though.

As for the wheel mod, i dont think the existing cars in Vice City change appearance, could be wrong but they didnt change for me. When you import extra cars the difference can be seen though

nice one the settings in vice city didnt work so i think my pc is shit ! need to upgrade or sumhow alter settings so it looks good

look in my docs, there should be a vice city saved games folder.. slap it in there.

You get the helicopter at the army base once you complete the game or at least all of the storyline...
