Just written back to them, see what they say Gonna leave it after this, but you never know...
In response to your reply as to why my order was cancelled, I do agree that you had the right to cancel it up to the point where money was taken from my account, but the order had been fully processed and funds debited. It says clearly in your terms and conditions that once the supplier receives payment, there is a binding legal contract between us.
\\\"1.2 No contract exists between you and the Supplier for the sale of any goods until the Supplier has received and accepted your order and the Supplier has received payment in full (in cleared funds). Once the Supplier does so, there is a binding legal contract between us.
1.3 By way of clarification, an acknowledgement of your order will be sent to you via e-mail when you place your order, but acceptance of your offer to buy the goods will not take place until after your payment is taken and you receive your acceptance e-mail. It is at this point that a binding legal contract is created and any contract is subject to these Terms and Conditions. \\\"

Terms and Conditions on Terms and Conditions
Surely they have to make these other Terms and Conditions accessable to the customer buying the goods?
I was thinking of buying one of these the other day but they had been taken off the site. Think it was a good thing too. because it has saved me a load of hassel

Doesnt look like fighting it is gonna work, time to give up now
We have replied to your eNote, number 622028, as follows :
Dear Matt Parrott
Thank you for contacting our Support Team.
RE: Samsung 28” Pure Flat Widescreen Television.
The price advertised of £28.08 excl vat represented in law an “Invitation to treat” It was not an offer to sell the Television.
It was obvious to all concerned that the figure given was incorrect. Our Terms and Conditions permit us to decline to supply any particular item. In this instance no contract was made and this company has no liability to you
Our local Trading Standards Authority has been notified of the error, you therefore may wish to take advise from the local Authority, or from your solicitor before taking this matter any further.
Kind Regards,
Ebuyer Support

I looked in to this, terms and conditions are in no way legally binding, as they say its their terms its not a definitive thing. under "The Right to Sell" act, as they took the money out of some peeps accounts they have to sell you the tv as the transaction was complete.
If you fought it hard you would win. I seeked legal advice on this lol

Naw even if they take the money out of your account they still have to tell you they have accepted your order for it to be a leagally binding contract.

They took the money out of my account and sent me an email saying my order was accepted.
I think this is a contract but i doubt i will get a tv because they probably cover this in their confusing terms and conditions which just contradict each other.

i do contract law at degree level and yes as they say it is an invitation to treat and you make them offer which they accept with a order confirmation and debiting they account, i'm going ask my teacher about this but i definitely think the contract has been made
