I don't know what info has been posted in links, but MSI is owned by Boris Berezovzky, Nojan Bedroud and Kia Joorabchian, Roman Abromavich owns 15% share in the company, they fund Corinthians and made an attempt to take over West Ham in November 05, but couldn't reach an agreed value, they then tried to buy Aston Villa, but same outcome.
They are merely hauding Mascherano and Carlitos for Chelsea as the Director of Corinthians didn't want to sell to Chelsea direct.
If anyone remembers the Corinthians game against River Plate in the 06 copa liberatodores that my brother posted about? well Mourinho and Roman was there in the VIP area.
Also visited Pacaembu for the timao home games on atleast 6 occasions, as they've been spotted on NBC.

Doubt hammers will suffer as they'll play for them this year, so they'll get a yearsworth of Mascherano and Tevez.

Well I'm not one to pre-speculate till I have a few facts in place, but I wouldn't be surprised if the pair have gone by January 31st 2007.

I may do the same mate, I know I shouldn't like Argentinians but I have a soft spot for 3 argies, Tevez and Mascherano are 2 of them.
So I shall keep an eye out for WHU this year.

West Ham are now set for a takeover bid from Iranian investor Kia Joorabchian, the president of MSI, the company that sold the Hammers Tevez and Mascherano. (Independent)

as I was saying yesterday. I can see no other reason why the were permanent deals when loans would of done if they just wanted to 'showcase' them!

Well I thought it was a bit iffy when I think of the Dean Ashton transfer, if West Ham can afford Carlitos and Javier Mascherano then why go for Ashton in the first instance? He's a good player but I'm sure you'll all agree Carlitos is a world class fwd.
