Cool dude. Thanks. I'll buy some Vectra door handles and give it a go on those before I mess with my surround and mirrors. Best of luck with the rest of your project. What else is in the pipeline?

Cheers Deano sunglasses holder is a good little touch, well worth it to stop glasses getting scratched
Luke, yeah best just to have a practice really, i personally found it quite difficult at first, had no end of runs in the paint/lacquer & imperfections due to not spending enough time on the preperation etc but still i guess i learnt from my mistakes when i had to rub it all back and start again
Thanks again anyway lads.
what else have i got planned .. hmm i could do with getting my hands on some leather interior before Performance vauxhall show think thats one of the main things now as the interior really lets the car down. Other than that i want to keep it clean & tidy, altho i'll most likely find a few other bits & bobs to do over the next year

Update:
just got round to re-fitting the exhaust.
was going to put the center section & back box on but i couldn't be doing with the loud-ness of it. so atm i have the sportex back ox 3" outwardly rolled tip on (as seen in pre colour coded pics)
not sure if i like it as i wanted to stay with the 'subtle - oem' look smaller tip maybe?
[edit]
Photos of exhaust on
Also coming soon .. mmmm leather

pre pvs update:
after lots of searching about i came across a set of mint cali leathers being sold by J B off here, after a few u2u's we arranged a time for me to go pick them up. so yesterday i took the day off work and after a 200 mile round trip i was back home with some new seats
i've just spent the morning fitting them and i got to say they are soo comfy
Pics:
thanks to John (J B) was good to meet you yesterday mate even tho it was brief.
now all thats left to do is clean, polish, wax for tomorrow

cheers guys
Dan was good to meet ya today.
Lee, thanks mate well chuffed with it (may not be the most expensive/extreme car) but im glad people like the work & effort i've put into it.
The leathers were basically all done by J B, the front bolted straight in, the rear seat also went straight in but i did remove the leather/foam from the frame on the backrest & swapped it with my corsa frame so i could still fold the seats down.
J B, thanks dude, well pleased with them
just got back from PVS so heres a couple of pics of the car on the CS stand

Thanks Scotty, little duke
Jonny, would love to re-trim the panels but i didnt find it that easy to do tried & failed last year. wouldn't mind buying a set of black panels etc if i came across them at the scrappy tho.
Scotty, well recommended tbh not loud or ott, just a nice deep 'burble' on tick over with a tone when driving. hardly notice it. the fit was spot on too no problems with it.

Small Update:
got a few things i want to sort over the next few weeks to tidy the car up a bit more, Also on the lookout for a set of irmy skirts to finish off the car.
received a set of the new AutoGlym HD wax the other day so decided to give the car a clean/wax this morning. I'm well impressed with this stuff, goes on well, easy to apply & buff's up with a smooth shine 10x better than the wax i normally use.

quick update, just had stones thrown at the car while out on a quiet drive, was out with the gf, theres no need for these 'yob scum' to try and provoke a reaction and cause trouble now have a nice chip and dent on the tailgate we resprayed a few weeks ago.
getting pissed off with having a 'modified' car, i know its not the most expensive or flash but seems to cause more trouble than its worth.
[Edit]
oh i shal get a pic tomorrow
