99% finished now.
Been upgrading my brakes to 280mm ones and also changed all the servo and mastercylinder to a 16v one.

Strangely, I was wondering how you were getting on earlier and now you post

Looks like it's quite nippy now Paul, sounds awesome too.

I wish I'd kept mine and built a decent engine for it really.

200bhp will be

been sorting out the bay then it's off for a colour change.

Today i decided to get stuck in as it was a nice day.

1st job front bumper and wings off

Then started to sand and grind back the remaining bits of the rain tray

will make a start on the other side tommorow and then rip the loom out again and hide the wiring in the inner wing

all the wiring is out of it rad/intercooler the lot are out.
wont be doing anymore till new year now.

I have decided that it won't be back on the road till it's right and had a full lick of paint all over.

Thats it at the mo,just chucked a quick layer of zinc primer on it till next year aswell.

Looking pretty sorry for itself but all will be good in the next year or so

Cut out the battery tray today as i'm relocating the battery to the boot.

Now you see me

Now you don't

did a bit more sanding on the inner wings and chassis legs aswell

I am finding it all quite relaxing

Brake servo and linkage out/heater and motor out/Front brake pipes removed
Cut the bracket off for the water resovoir and did a bit more sanding/cleaning up.

All good fun

Got more done wipped the engine out yesterday.

Today i pulled the car out and tidied the garage up a bit then back in and got it on axle stands.

Finished cleaning the scuttle up/removed all the brackets off the bulkhead and did some more sanding.

It's starting to take shape now.will do some more on saturday.

Bit more done today got alot more sanded down and finally given one of the chassis legs a quick coat of filler primer.
