at the end of the day, if this guy has no tax, probably has no insurance or mot either. this means he is probably driving round in a car that probably defective, and when it crashes in to you, there won't be any insurance to pay out. i can't believe people are condoning this tbh, it would be a different story if your mum etc was run over due to one of these numpties who thinks they dont have to mot/insure/tax their car.
and the word you have used alot is probaly, if you were having a charge against you you would want a proper judge,
i used the word probably as i don't know for certain do i? am i meant to say yes he hasnt got tax so he DEFINITELY doesnt have insurance or mot? the matter of fact is he is MORE THAN LIKELY not got insurance or mot, as you need both of these to get TAX

I speed and I've been caught and I'm paying more insurance because of it.
Speeding actually doesn't bother me as generally people get caught. Tax evasion isn't actually on my list of hates, so long people get caught. So yeah, shop him.

Claiming people topbe guilty?
Ringing the DVLA to let them know of a reg isn't claiming they have no tax/insurance. It's so they can investigate and find out...

the fact is the computer thinks the car isnt on the road, declared SORN.
OR
the car might not even be registered to the right person, so they won't get caught will they
the whole car tax computer isnt foolproof you know

And how has the argument changed into speeding when the issue here is the fact this person thinks its ok to drive around with no tax/MOT/insurance?

Just because the reg is on a computer doesn't mean it is going to be found out anyway
Owner could have changed, address changed, declared SORN etc etc

mate for anpr he has to drive past a anpr traffic car (which not all of them have) or the anpr camera vans (which in south wales i rarely ever pass them) so he could easily get away with no tax.
