thats a sweet motor, he is buying a nova now as doesnt want to break his evo on track

fazza - cheers buddy, yea when clean it really shines lol will be so much better when paintwork is sorted

yea his evo was lovelly, did notice a piece of carbon missing from the spoiler tho

yea, novas are proper track slags

was still loving your car all day

noticed you seem to have done a lot of spraying with good old rattle cans and got a good finish aswell! whats the secret??? plus noticed halfway through thread you changed back to standard airbox??

well its not perfect, but originally i didnt want my trim to shiny as thought it would be to much, but now wish i did lol. and going to re-do my exterior handles, basically primer, lots of layers of paint, sand back till looks like a matt colour and laquer, i did this to my handle surrounds to bring them up shiny (the only things i did do proper shiny lol)


and i find standard better than aftermarket... but panel filters even better, going to get myself a courtney sport, or other branded panel filter.

update:

passed mot, thanks to a mates dads garage for doing it with the de-cat on, my old cat was fooked and probably still wouldnt pass with that on

another good thing was that the mot tester said the underneath of my car was very tidy and solid

well... decided to finish off spraying my trim graphite grey, only front bumper to do which is the reason for this bumper...

borrowing my mates bumper off his matt black corsa as it is currently off the road haha

haha james, yes indeed guys, im borrowing/aquiring his 90 rears, as im yet to get myself some, and his rear smoked mhw lights, just so it looks that much better from the arse end lol

only letting me cos he's coming with me now due to his car probs not being ready lol

well as im spraying my mumper top to match in with the rest, i thought i'd post some progress pics....

plastic sanded and primered with filler primer and grey primer


and colour which i just finished (think 5 coats should do it)




just hope it dont go shinier than the skirts etc lol

didnt want it to shiny when i did the other stuff, but now wish i did, duno if mopping them will bring them up better?
