I've got a spare inlet so I'm going use it has a template to build a plenum similar in design to the dbilas one.

Well the manifold is fitted and it feels much better, more low down grunt and it sounds insane on the limiter.

The welding at the flange is top but the rest looks shit.. I started rushing to get it finsihed.. Also got a nasty case of arc 'face' lol!

Ello mate thanks for the push

So back from the R/R day, the car only managed 115bhp BUT it did produce 135 lbs/ft or torque which explains why it feels so rapid..

I've also discovered the Variable inlet is not working atall which means its always running stuck in the off position, optimised for torque.. I think this is because i dont have a road speed signal wired into my ECU so it just thinks the car is sat still all the time.. fingers crossed

Yeah, that was me, not sure if you actually took off, all I heard was you lock up I think we both took that bridge a little too quickly.

seemed that way, as the power dropped off at 4,000rpm

would of made 125+ otherwise, maybe even 130
