update time once again

springs arrived around 1pm (abit later then id of hoped but hay they came)

so i got to work, didnt go to plan as usual, fitted the rear springs, but the bottom cup is quite bit (same as my last ones) so dont fit 100% but still ok, then rear wheels, then onto the front, lowerd the coilovers all the way down, but it didnt go that low and realised it was sitting on the bump stops, so i cut the bump stop in half (which it still is ok to drive with as ive now found out) this has lowerd the front a touch more but would have liked to gone a little more, then coilovers wer catching the inner tyre so i had to rush out and get some 5mm spacers (biggest you can use with standard wheel bolts), then once that was all done, took it to go and get the tracking done before the place closed..

woo, anyway i got there in the end and here is the result..

when having front mudflaps you get this problem..

will be trimming them down as they catch everywhere, but apart from that its sweet

the rear springs aint as low as id hoped for, about the same as my silver one was (110mm) but worked out good as i said the front wont go down anymore so wont look anymore rear end heavy..

its basically done now for PVS, but will most likely do a few more touches before the day

red rim is staying for the time being, can easily get rid at a later date, but just gives that subtle touch to match the red strip imo..

mark i decided on ford graphite grey for the wheels, seemed the best of the bunch imo

luke the coilovers wont let me go any lower , there wound down and on the last thread (was sitting on the bumpstops, so i had to cut it on half to get that extra cm drop) sounds abit pikey but its all in good order, shame tbh that it wont go that touch lower on the front but hay never mind..

thanks for the comments guys, really shocked how many people have commented
