The Met maybe? Best chance of getting into the application chain right now. Apply now and you might be in by 2011, if you are successful.

just an observation from how you are received on these boards - if you are as intelligent in real life as you come across on here, and have the same inter-personal skills as you display here, you are fighting a losing battle.

Theres a course at Preston along the lines of getting into the police force, im looking into it atm, looks decent enough.

There are courses you can do, books you can buy etc that tell you what to expect from the recruitment process - but to be honest you need to get thorugh the paper sift first. The biggest step is getting an application pack. When i joined 1200 applied, 36 got in. says a lot.

If you can get an application pack, fill it in and see how you get on.
