Presumably they'd need to weld it back up again but it does look like quite a big bit is broken. Maybe take it somewhere local and see what they say?
Tbh if it's easy to get hold of one wheel then it'd be much easier

Took that to one company that cracked it (bunch of idiots) while trying to fix it.
took it somewhere in kent and they put it on a lathe and got it round again and welded it up. Not had it balanced or anything yet as its my 6th wheel. Looks pretty good but i doubt I'd want to roll on it all the time but is fine as a spare.
Yours looks split so I'm not sure how good it would look after but its worth a try
