Get Laminx if you do it again - won't fade, easy to work with and would imagine easier to remove in the future rather than tint spray.

Why not get some chavvy clear ones and tint the whole thing red or red and clear if not?

Someone (iirc Kurt) once bought some clear lights and then masked up the indicator and reverse bits and sprayed the rest red. Looked pretty nice

You could do a similar thing to that
