Didn't take no pics today, had to go to the shop and when I got back it was dark Interior is all stripped just need to rip the carpet out now.

Yea Rich insurance is bad over here , I got a quote before deciding to this though and it was £2200, by the time its ready for the road I'll have the R's off and a years no claims (touch wood ) so hopefully it'll come down a bit.

That's not as bad as I was expecting tbh, I've heard horror stories of insurance in N.I before that's why I mentioned it

Look forward to seeing progress

Guess this means the Polo idea is out the window again now?!

Started stripping the red one today, got all the seats out except the passenger one, some has snapped a torque in the bolt so I can't get mine in , looks like I might have to get the grinder out for this one

Keep the silver one stripped out, you only need a drivers seat track car ftw

To get the electric mirrors/windows/central locking, Presuming the red one has that. Your just need to unplug the loom that is running under the seats, Your have to put in a lot of of the wires too though.

Most of it is simple (Did it on my 12v), just finding wires and adding them in etc.
