Could your board take the extra current draw of the larger leds?

The driver chips are good for 500mA, but they can drive relays no problems and with no extra protection diodes as they're built in. Simply speaking, I could put the current board onto a daughter board with a load of DIP package sized relays and run as many LED's as I wanted!
