With regards to the United pen, it looked like Youngs right foot stepped onto the left foot of the Villa defender then he flung himself onto the floor.
Used to quite like young, not any more. Bet he likes cocktails on a night out and not Ale. Poofter.

Definitely. I also used to like him, now hes just another dirty cheating scum player.
What riles me most is the Sky Sports just WOULD NOT admit he cheated, same as they stopped short of it last week against QPR. Same old shite "well its all part of the modern game now" No it isnt you cunts. Forgive me if im wrong but when did cheating become acceptable?

Fucking hell steve, i agree! Thats what I'm saying, it wasnt ok to dive (cheat) then, but now, according to SkyManUtdSports its just "part of the modern game"
I assume next time someone handballs it into the net they'll just say "its part of the modern game"

Your grandad sounds like a real man. Its obvious to me now how even a southerner like yourself has developed into such a fine human being.

Footballers are taught how to win penalties and go down. Thats the problem.
you go into a major club 15 years ago and look at the youth training and there would not be any mention of how to go down.
IMO around 25% of the penalties that are given where there is contact are not real penalties..why...because the contract was caused by the person going down i.e. they moved un-naturally to make sure there was contact. So many times you see peoples legs fly out sideways when going past someone. This would never happen before contact.
Only thing that will sort this out is post-action and booking/banning people who cheat.
If people realised they could get a 1 match ban they would be much less likely to do it.

Agreed rob, they need to start retrospectively punishing diving. You can tell the difference to when someone has gone down naturally due a a force applied on them/loss of balance and when people flick out a leg, kick a defender and goal down, its so obvious.
3 game ban for anyone caught doing it, do it again and its a 4 game ban and so on, needs to be a good deterrent so managers tell their players to only go down when they are fouled.

I would genuinely love to know what Ashley Young has to say for himself.
P.S. his shoulders are not manly.

While its not new it used to be the sort of thing someone would do occasionally. Now virtually every week someone is getting a penalty due to it and there are fouls given at least every week for it.
Post analysis would also remove the need to book someone for diving in the match removing the chance of being booked for diving when in fact you were actually caught.

lol - Supprise Supprise Mr Neville says it was a clear penalty ....but also a dive ! Resisted saying he cheated.
He then used a really bad example to prove the point.
