I had a H4 Bi-Xenon HID kit in my Corsa with Morettes, they fit no problem in them with the Reflector lenses.
The others are on about using proper Xenon Projectors in there rather than the Reflector lenses, which is the proper way of doing a Xenon conversion, but more expensive/time consuming.

yeah see what you mean with that. I dont think the modern xenon look will suit the car though........think id prefer the retro look. What you lot think?

Few minor updates on purchases....
Won some genuine Astra GSi bonnet vents on ebay for a lovely price. Im not 100% decided which vents to go for but these would def be an option I feel.
I some how now am the proud owner of another pair of morettes. I saw these come up with brand new lenses and genuine carbon fibre centre pieces at a good price. So I bought them.........
I should have a set of morettes to sell therefore in the new year!!! haha
Spending Thursday on the car so hopefully some pics and updates to follow then!

Right had a busy day and a pretty productive one.
Got to the unit with my mate as he wanted help to service his BMW 325i so was nice to have some company and an extra pair of hands here and there
The corsa looked a bit sorry for its self so I fired her up into life for 10 mins or so....so miss that turbo burble
Anyways got her down from the ramp and started rear bumper removal so that I could get the arches off ready for the paint in January. All went pretty smooth as expected really. Was a little nerbous about the rear arches being rusted up..........
More than happy to tell you they were virtually immaculate and all the undersealing I did last year was still looking fresh and it all looked clean under there The only down side was a few broken clips on the rear arches but tbh there cheap as chips to replace so thats probably what ill do
With that all done on both sides I whipped off the rear lights
So back on the rear ramps and started on the front
Bumper off, crash bar and all the usual bits and bobs
I bought a new offside engine mount but offered it up to compare it with the original and found the new one is roughly 10mm thinner so that wont be going on there. Can anyone tell me where to get this mount from as im struggling for an exact match now
Anyway front arches off and happy with the condition under there too. Front end almost stripped to where I want it. The tie bars and anti roll bar needs whipping off for powder coating etc etc
Decided to call it a day and thats where it ended. Ive now ordered the strengthening kit amongst some other bits ad bobs including new bolts, loom tape etc.
More progress soon......so anyone point in the right direction ref this offside engine mount??

Been putting a few hours in here and there where I can. Im worried that ill find more and more things to paint, change, refresh lol along the way
Turbo inlet is going to KRS Turbo for the inlet to be ported and polished up so whipped that off
Comparison looks good
Started stripping the tie bars off, lower arms etc
Started on the offside first...bolts were an ass to get out but got there in the end. I want them all out for powder coating basically Had to swap out my old arms etc as need to put he wheels back on to get it to the body shop
more to come soon...........

I think my cousins business has grounded to a halt and instead his garage is filled with all out own personal modified cars lol
Hes working his z20let Corsa C, im doing the B while another mate completes his service on his BMW
This is how thing should be!!!
Anyway
Made a start on the nearside removing all my polybushes ready for powercoating the arms etc
Ive decided to spend some time re-wrapping the loom to tidy it up...although its hardly untidy. Im just fussy at times. I sill need to look at my transducer. I need the get the doorcards off, mirrors and door handles ready for the respray.
Bodywork wise it should be then ready for welding / paint etc
Theres half a dozen other bits ill end up doing thats in my head but ill keep you updated.
