Bloody hell mate that looks painful, best get it checked out!

This was my arm after the shoulder dislocation a few weeks ago.

Happy to say the recovery is going well and fingers crossed should be back on some light trails in the next 4-6 weeks

I would if I could. Can't get in at my GP, they say go to cue docs, and you've guessed it cue docs says go to GP.

Don't think it's an A&E job, but it's a tad frustrating when I can't even get some cunt to look at it

My only other thought would be to get a pedal upgrade to something better that your feet will stay on better. Other than that, go ride, go enjoy.

Currently sitting at work with dead legs.

Last night group road ride turned into 50 miles at 23mph average
Even ended up over taking cars on the seafront as we had a tail wind on that leg

Got my first puncture of new bike ownership after 8 months of ownership. Purchased another 2.7 tube as its lasted well on the rough and jagged ground we ride up here.

Booked a holiday in October to Finale Ligure with a group of mates, guided routes around the EWS tracks, should be a great few days. Just need to sort my shit out and burn some fat. If this does not help nothing will:

Oh bost another ENVE rim last week, two ride old M70 Thirty!
