will give him a ring and find out where the turbo was. im sure it wa about 150 quid though. wastegate is this one.....

i got about 8k miles out my last cheap one. it only snapped the shaft i think as it had been overspun when a pipe kept popping off on the dyno. it was ok. only problem is they tend to build the all important boost a lot later than a proper job. my old one was smaller turbo than the gt35 i have now yet this builds and peaks at 1.5 bar about 4800rpm other one was still spooling then peaking around 5800. useless.

well vectra is getting a treat this weekend. the rear bank manifold is cracked where the egr goes in. well common, so thats getting welded up. have to take inlets off to get to it, so might aswell treat it to some new bits.



lovely unipart stuff. got quite good discount on it.

then something off ebay arrived for corsa. its well small.



inlet air temp display thing off of the bay. very small it is. need to lengthen the air temp sensor wire, other than that, 2 wires to wire it up piece of piss. will mount it in the carboard radio i think. might give it a go on weekend after vectra has been de-exhaust leaked. wonder if the mpg will go up.................
