Lol! Yeah, plyometrics was the first one i watched and it didnt look tooo bad, but like you say, it will be a killer! :s
Oh well, it should be fun!
Alos, what weights have you guys got? I've had a brief search on the net for some, but unsure which would be best to aim for (and ideally not cost me an absolute fortune)?

I promise you, Plyometrics is the hardest one IMO, and I bet it kills you.
Ive got some Bowflex ones where you can change the weight with the twist of a dial.
These actually.. http://www.fitness-superstore.co.uk/dumbbells/bowflex_552lb_selecttech_d_bells_pr/12141_p.html

Hello thread, im still doing this but not 100% committed. Ive focused mainly on arms/shoulders for the first 30 days. The next 30 will be torso. Im doing all the exercises but just not in the muscle confusing way that its set out in the dvd. Im doing this over a period of time and happy with the speed of what im doing.
Cosmo do you look like terminator yet??

Ive only just started my second round properly this week, every time I have tried in the last few my neck has just seized up so have tried to give it a bit of time to heal.

Finding it hard to find some decent looking resistance tubes!
i think i might just go for one of each of these Resistance bands
I dont suppose anyone has any recomendations?
A set of these Push up bars
Do you guys use Yoga blocks at all?
A Yoga Mat
Any recomendations on heart rate monitor?
Now i know you guys have recomended which protien to get etc but i cant find it in the search and its effort going ALLLLLL the way back through 91 pages, so could you recommend the supliments that you use please, that would be really helpfull!

They don't show the resistance in lb or kg, so 'heavy' could mean absolutely anything.
The fitness guide says get the b-line bands Magenta, Red and Green (20lb, 30lb and 40lb)
I got a some from here
http://fitmag.co.uk/resistance_tubes_bands_rings.htm
Scroll down and you can buy single tubes instead of sets
I got colours
Black, Red and Yellow (22lb, 10lb and 5lb) and a pair of handles (just under £30 delivered)
They can be used together, so you have a wide range from 5lb up to 37lb

interesting fact / use for the pull up bar.
it can be turned into a chair on your bed I've been using mine today for something to sit against on my bed.
1 pull up bar, cover it with a few pillows and enjoy.
That is all.

Nice one kimi, ill get some of them on order now.
Cosmo, im looking back through to look what protien etc etc you have got but ive got miles to go. Any ideas whats the best to get?
Edit:- I just found some bits from page 47
Im thinking Body Fortress Whey Protien for the morning and post work out shake.
Something like this L-Glutamine to go with it (am i right in thinking this takes the place of multi-vitamins etc?) as i am not TOO sure what this stuff does
No-Explode for a pre work out drink?
What you people reckon? Are there any nicer alternatives out there?

Just seen this post!
I used the Body Fortress stuff and liked it, mixes well and a decent taste. Also used some phd and Bodytronics stuff and both were nice.
L-Glutamine I had in tablet form at first, then found it easier to get some powder form and mix it in the protein shakes. It doesnt replace multi-vitamins, it just aids in muscle repair.
No-explode is a high caffeine pre-workout drink, and imo helped me push through what I could do previously - I could certainly tell the difference in intensity of the workouts between when I had it and when I didnt.

Good stuff mate, how have you found the workouts?
Who else is still on this? Ive just done my first week back on round two, my neck has been fucked for a while now so had a week easing myself back in to it so didnt strain and it seemed to hold up fine, so tomorrow its back on at full pelt - Day 01

Aye, plyo is a killer. Best thing about it is you should never get used to it as the fitter you get the more of each move you can do or the higher/faster you can do it and it fucks you up all over again
You on Phase 2 tomorrow then? No more chest and back, its chest/shoulder/tri now!

I'm still here, on day 35. Was away on holiday last week so kept the diet going apart from one Indian meal out.
5 weeks down and I've put on 5lbs, I'm feeling positively chubby

I'm in the middle of putting the pics together to post up, should be tonight. Here's a quick one though which I think shows the abs developing a bit more
