few more parts have turned up, new hoses from roose

and how they will fit together, will fit them tomorow

3 x8 inch kenlow fans, hopefully i should be able to keep the car sat on the spot and be able to cool the car down just with these

also wasent happy with using these for water fittings as feel there a bit restrictive

so i copied dale again and got these fittings

and then today had a 8 hour round trip to collect these

comes with speciel gloves to so i dont mark them

the coating is plasma ceramic coating

turbo built back up

and fitted to manifold

only problem i had was the take of on the snail the threads have gone on it, so going to helicoil it tomorow, unless thats a bad idea??

zircotec are the best in the business at ceramic coating, not surprised you went to collect it though, scratching or denting it would ruin it

Looking good as ever. I take it you'll have a manual override switch for all of the fans? Got an idea of when it'll all be back together again?

cheers mate but its not paint

fitted 3 way water pipe at the back

new fitting for turbo housing

drilled and tapped it

all sorted

fitted the new fans to rad

temp fitted it back into the bay so i can make new brackets for the bottom as it needs pulling out by about 2 inches

also tried fitting the hoses onto the inlet fittings but as i thought they are to close so ive given it to a enginering company and there going to weld it up and re tap the fitting more over to give abit more of clearance, should be having it back tomorow

also spoke to steveboy head is all done and finished pistons are getting machined down tomorow ish and will be ready to collect monday
