Here's my 30 day update...
Having failed miserably to put the pics along side eachother you can just scroll down to see them
Day 1 (blue hat) at the top, day 30 (white hat) below.
Towards the end of phase 1 I was doing a lot more push-ups and pull-ups etc

You can certainly see some size gain there fosho. Going to be really interesting come the 90 days to see your results as think they'll be impressive given your skinny size to start with.

I'm happy so far. Feel a lot better from the improved diet. Just need to keep on pressing play.

I know. Once you press play though you just battle through. I always feel a little burst of motivation when I realise the timer has clicked past the half way mark for the workout.
After the 90 days I think I might join a gym. I'm motivated to do more

I always lose motivation when I miss a days workout, sticking to a set routine is a must!

Yeah I did thanks. That lad started off skinnier than me (if possible) and with lots of hard work got great gains. It's something to aim for

I never read that whole thread, but were there lots of decent tips in it about modifying certain parts to get gains from your size?

corsa_tomtom - I've now put on 6lbs since the start.
Cosmo - Yeah there are tips within the thread. I'm sticking to the plan for 90 days to build a bit of a base and make sure I can do the exercises with good form. Having read lots since I started I now have a workout plan for when this finishes.

cant help but think you would be better off dedicating yourself to proper freeweight workouts as apposed to these dvds

jake - That's the plan. I've started p90x and plan to finish it then move on from there. For the sake of another 55 days I'm happy to follow the program to the end.

tbh I think its great for getting you in to some sort of routine, both diet and working out.
I started this and sticking with it as Im interested in what gains really are available through it. After this round I fully expect to be at a stage where I'll just come up with something myself which is between going the gym and stuff at home.

i'd like to see how this compares to 90 days of graft at the gym.

Impossible to compare really, unless you have twins who are the same size and make one do p90 and the other gym work

you could get a pair of ecto's with similar weights and that wont be far off.
Each to their own etc etc

Nath cost shouldnt be a factor when it comes to your health. Id rather spend 90quid in 3 months at the gym and gain an extra 3kg over someone using these keep fit dvds

Yeah same. But this set up means people can stay in and not have as much outlay. I can see the attraction.
