Bea and I won't be going to the Llandegla trip tomorrow.

Went XC schooling on the horses, I fell off and hurt wrist and then lorry broke down and finally got home now at 10:35. A bit of a cluster fuck of an afternoon .

Will be going to Cannock instead later on tomorrow to get some miles in though.

They had solo and team pairs and triples average 32min lap the winner completed 13 laps I believe so yes its lemans style

Been to bedgebury today was pleasantly surprised how good the trails were very flowy lots of nce jumps and berms will definitely be going back

Took my new bike out this morning and the bottom bracket is creaking like god knows what when putting pressure on the pedals, already been to the bike workshop near me but they can't get it booked in until the 20th . Going to ring a few other places tomorrow.
