I wouldn't be at all suprised to see Auguero end up at City (although I think he wants to go to Real personally), especially given the Tevez stuff.

We still need a LB

You can have O'shea mate

Tevez justs wants to fuck off to Italy or Spain, Funny how this statement comes out after Mancini states they tried a swap deal with Eto'o but it didn't come off so Tevez is staying.

I wonder how spain or Italy is any closer to Argentina though

John O'Shea

I agree he wants a move to somewhere else in Europe because he doesn't like being Manchester (fair play) anymore for loads of reasons (his agents bank balance, his wife thinking he's playing away, he might not be the main man for much longer, it's always raining etc etc).

The only way he'll ever get a move back to Argentina is if he manages to see a contract out somewhere else imo.

I'm sick of people moaning about living in the UK. They're here to play football and earn lots of money not fucking sunbath. Why can't they come, earn their millions then retire somewhere hot with the money??

It's already been said that Vidic' wife doesn't like Manchester but he still says he's staying instead of pissing off to Milan like was rumoured.

He was a billy bullshitter when at United. He's just a disruptive prick and I for one am glad we didn't/couldn't keep him.

Hard to disagree with any of that, some/most/a few footballers are just pissy little spoilt kids who like to throw toy's out of the pram if they don't get their own way, which is laughable considering the amount they earn/the span of their footballing careers/the adoration from fans etc. I'd not like anyone as desruptive playing for us either, no matter how good they were.

Imagine how much TV revenue would be lost if the CL didnt feature Real Madrid, Barca, City (?!) etc...

UEFA won't be kicking anybody out unless they can safely cover their losses.

So what's the point in the ruling then?

Makes UEFA feel better about themselves for looking like greedy cunts.

Me neither. There's always a way around the rules, Football clubs have been doing it for years.

Bit of a concern but I think it's a precautionary measure as he's done his groin before. I think they are just giving time to train hard as he's not done any proper training since about the end of March/beginning of April.

He'll be reet and hopefully better for the longest holiday of his career!

I hope so, But how will the likes of Real, Chelsea and the bitters manage?
It looks like Platini hates English clubsd having money but doesn't mind Real's bottomless pit.

This is exactly why i am glad he left united, the biggest mercenary in football.

Happy earning a million a month for a couple fo years so he can go back to argentina and have an easy life.

He's a fucking muppet, not made an attempt to integrate into english life, hasn't learned the language etc

Sooner he is gone from football the better

Your hatred for united is laughable, you seem to support more teams than that greg fella yet have a big problem with united, and i have no idea why, the club is only in debt because of the wankers that own us (consequence of being a PLC) and we generate more profit than City do turnover so are perfectly capable of spending what we want.

If united were sold to someone who paid cash, no borrowings, we could spend 60 million a year on transfers and not even risk being in trouble with this ruling, no other club could do that imo.

I support Crewe and West Ham and have been open about that the whole time i've been on here, was raised in crewe and had a season ticket for 10 years or so, and my dad supports West Ham, so I follow them too

My issue with utd is the arrogance of most of their fans. A lot of them don't give a single bit of respect to players from other clubs until they're linked with them. Most of them are completely unaware of players outside of the league or at other teams until they buy them.

I will however admit that they are the best club in the country and one of the top teams in europe, 2nd I suppose at this current time. So I guess they have earnt a certain amount of arrogance.

I don't quite agree with that.

The proper fans, (I realise there are a lot of hangers on and casual fans), do rate good players from other teams.

A lot of the time when players are slated its because people actually wished they played for them or merely to wind the opposing fans up.

I agree with Marcus, i enjoy football and have an appreciation for good players who are at clubs i cant stand, i also like to think i know about players we get linked with and also players i'd like to see sign for us, i admit i was oblivious to Jones from Blackburn but that's only because he's new on the scene

I suppose in relation to your team i am glad they have gone down, because they've been fucking hovering around relegation for years despite fans claiming they are a massive club etc etc. So finally this might let them clear out all the shit, save up some money, and get promoted with a good squad and stay in the league.

I'm a believer of if you are in the league you deserve to be in it, doesn't matter how big the club is, it's how the club is run and how they perform on the pitch

The last few years have been tough for West Ham, since the Argentinians arrived, and the Icelandic lot took over and then went bust. But before that they were a mid-table team, even dabbling with Europe a couple of times. (Haveing reviewed they're last 10 years finishing positions, they were top half twice, bottom half a few times and championship a few times)

They did deserve to go down, as they weren't good enough. Imo, the players were good enough, (Green, Upson, Parker, Cole all England squad players) but something just wasn't right. Hopefully they'll clear out a lot of the shit and big sam will get them back up first time. Nolan is a great signing for them.

And you can't argue with the players the academy have produced over the years! Hopefully a drop in leagues will give a few more youngsters a chance to come through and get more game experience

They did win the world cup though...

Just been looking at some pictures on Arsenal.com of the squad back in training and realised there's so many clowns we still haven't sold.

Bendtner
Eboue
Denilson
Rosicky
Almunia
plus others.

Grrrrrrrrrrrr

Who have you actually brought in? Like good players who will improve the side on last year not someone from Charlton reserves who might be good in 15 years time.
