Fair point though.

Happy with raul meireles signing

I don't think we'll get another striker now. Looks like insua is going to Galatasaray, Konchesky in for him (for £3m), meh.

Could have Robbie Keane?

Word is that he's on his way to the City Ground to sort out a loan move (is that Notts Forrest?)

No idea why he wanta to get rid of keane but yet sign 40 more strikers who aren't proven or as good

He's had a good pre season as well

Sunderland look like signing asamoah gyan from rennes, had a couple of good games at the world cup but his record is fucking rubbish and in a shit league

Worst signing of the summer imo

gyan was awesome in the WC. you can't say a player is shit just because he has a bad record in a shit league.

berbatov was fucking awful last year but look at him now changed man.

He's certainly jumping up a level. Will be interesting to see if he does well, or if he is another Senegal-esque post WC failure.

He was far from awesome tbh, he played well but awesome, come on

He is an average player overall, and will flop in the PL, just like all those senagalese players nath was on about, all imo of course

He was no where near awesome in the WC.

He is mostly remembered for missing that pen in the dying secs of the game only moments later slotting it in the shootout. He certainly didn't stand out as awesome to me. Good? Yes. Awesome? No.

Why do people keep calling the Premier League the Premiership? They do it all the time on MOTD too. Its not called that any more.
