you'l get away with the manifold heat wrap straight away to be fair, and the lightened flywheel you'l be suprised as to how much poke these have as standard! and for shafts just get GSI for a standard XE to get you on the road they're more than strong enough then start gathering for uprated equal shafts and hubs at a later date, and the short gear linkage isnt actually necessary the throw isnt that long with a standard setup just needs setting up correctly, and as for the rear gearbox mount what i did was remove the rubber mount that attaches to the car and file the holes so it will sit over a bit more and found that just doing that and moving it over on the bolts (they're already elongated) did the job for my conversion.

The belt and pump are off Autovaux Sean. Cheapest i've found. Even my dad can't get cheaper than that and he's in the trade.
