Looking good Shaun mate. Looks even cleaner now with it all sprayed all underneath.

Hope you sort somet out with the coileys, right pain in the arse.Mine are same on front, about 2mm of the tyres. That's why i've got 5mm spacers.

Looks like i've got to have another look at this at Trax.

Good work buddy.

Shaun, let me know how you get on "tapping" the inner arches, seemed pretty solid to me!

Got the rubbing issue sorted lads! Popped the coilovers back off this morning then smashed seven shades out of the arches

Got about 5mm clearance now and no rubbing at all So I re stone chipped the arches then put the coilovers back on followed by the drums

Then we bled the brakes and adjusted the handbrake cable. After a few checks to make sure everything was in order we dropped it off the stands ready for a test drive Ride quality is a vast improvement with the Gaz's. Not given it some stick in the bends yet because it got sod all petrol in it. Over all im a happy bunny atm!

I've lowered it more since then but Ive gone too low it looks too crap for a pic so ill raise it back up tomorrow to a decent height. Next job is to modify the exhaust recess on the bumper a bit then put that back on ready for lots of cleaning for Trax

I'd definitely recommend it mate yes. It sprays on really nicely, didnt react and has a nice colour + finish to it.

You're right yeah Its got a bit of a mixed identity going on at the minute! I think it will be an opel badge for the bumper as its got a few chips on it anyway

Pleased you sorted the rubbing Shaun il have to whip my wheels off and see if mine have been rubbing as i know they were close to my arches but unsure if they were rubbing.

Have you been over and rough roads yet so see if your springs rattle like mine?
