LuaLua out on loan to Brighton until January. Would have liked to have kept him as a bit of backup and to use in the cups but hopefully more first team experience will do him good

1550: A bit more on that Aleksander Hleb signing by Birmingham, according to ITV Football the Belarusian turned down offers from Liverpool, Tottenham and Benfica because the Blues "wanted to do the deal more". Blimey.

As far as Im aware he was only ever rumoured to be part of a deal for Masch and we turned it down and said we wanted cash only.

Tom Cleverley's gone to Wigan on loan. I would of liked to keep him this year but he will start every week there at least.
