suffering a lot lately. ive somehow managed to get inflamed cartilage around my chest which is making it difficult to breathe etc. pushing on my lungs and stomach a lot so feel like im full of food all the time basically.

making me a lot slower up hills, and slowed me down while running as well. hopefully clear up in a few weeks. typically bank holiday weekend i planned to get among the bike 3 days in a row. damn it.

I've been looking for a helmet on line seen some good deals but I think I'll try them on before I buy. So just finding time while at work to get into a bike shop.

I'm going to go when the rush has ended and first lot of maintenance is done, if the Surface to Air trail at Aston Hill is anything to go by it will be mullered quickly!

Plus I go biking to get away from the rat race and can't help but think it'll be much of the same

And does anyone on here have any experience of Superstar hubs/wheels.

What some lighter rims on my Hustler as I only use it for XC now. Can get their Switch EVO hubs with Stans Crest rims for £279 a pair!!!

If you can find me front and back show me cause everything is £300+, plus mixed reviews e.g. dodgey bearigs and Switch hubs holding up better, just the build of the wheel poor.

Cheers Cole, if the LBS can't match on a build they'll be getting them before I ride to check!

My price was with upgraded spokes, nipples, 20mm front adaptor and the Crest rim which might be more expensive than Flows.

Cheers. But they only got white rims left and I want black. 1 because I'm a fussy git and 2 because white rims work out heavier per rim by about 90g I think!

Someone had put a post on bikeradar about problems with superstar hubs.

If you look at Wiggle they have cracking deals on hope hoops at the moment. Winstanley bikes have good deals on them as well but make sure they have the wheels you want in stock!!

Thinking of getting a half decent bike on the bike to work scheme but have no idea what I should be getting really. Will be used for mostly road and maybe a few rides through woods etc. Would this be any good? http://www.cannondale.com/gbr/2013/bikes/mountain/hardtail/trail-sl/trail-sl-5
