It's alright. Very much a family film and by no accounts the best Scorsese job.

Battleship - 6/10

A lot happens, which helps you forget that nothing really happens.
Acting is mindblowingly poor, story is worse.
Effects switch back and forth between spectacular and mediocre.

All in all a very entertaining no-brainer of an action movie.

Don't watch it if you like your movies to make sense though.

21 Jump Street - 4/10

Actually not that funny, cop captain was terrible, story was thin, action scenes were terrible, no real empathy with anyone in it, etc. etc.

I normally like that guy but this wasn't one of his better moments.

Marley - 9/10 - Extremely good documentary and well worth a watch if you have an interest in him or music in general. It is nearly 2:30hrs long though but i was hooked throughout so it didn't feel like it was dragging (usually what happens with long winded films/documentaries).

Haywire - 7/10 - Generally a pretty good film. Although it's not your typical trigger happy guns blazing action film rather i thought it was a bit more Drive-esque in how it's shot and how the storyline unfolds.

Thor 8.5/10, really enjoyed it! Surprised as I knew nothing about the comic book or anything before watching. Never been a fan of Natalie portman but ive got a thing for her now. She's fit as!
I like the references to the other marvel movies like when the destroyer comes to earth and the agent asks if it's one of starks!
Also seeing Jeremy renner as a shield agent/hawkeye. I was wondering how he was going to fit into the avengers without any form of back story.
Al in all I'm set now for the avengers which is the only reason I sat down and watched Thor and the monstrosity that was captain America.

Tucker & Dale Vs Evil - 7.1/10
Funny, got a couple of good one liners but bit predictable in some places.
