1.4 8v Corsa b SRI be against a 1.2 8v Punto Active Sport (new version)

Asking cos they have fire engines and are a lot lighter than the SRI lump.

thought the FIRE engines in puntos were meant to be better than standard lumps? more powerful as their lighter, made out of 30% less parts, etc

you know what i mean, if they produce the same power as a standard engine, but are lighter and more efficient, and the car ways roughly the same, surely that means its going to be quicker?

I'm pretty sure the 1.4 spi is 60bhp and 0-60 in 14 secs, unlike the 1.4 8v SRi which is 82bhp and 0-60 in 11.5 secs
