the outboard ailerons move up further than down, do the elevators do the same?

question biased towards wide body aircraft i.e. 747 & 777

elevator can have equal trim both ways... as can the outboard ailerons with the required trim

Ok, the ailerons move up further than down on modern large aircraft because the use of spoilers on the opposite wing at the same time reduces the effect of drag when turning, and stopping the plane from stalling in hard slow speed turns

i no about ailerons, question is for the elvators. damn i meet have to install my old version of FS2000

The elevators will work in conjuction with the leading edge slats on large aircraft . Depending on thier extension on take-off/landing will depend how much the elevators move.
