Anybody in thier work use six sigma principals ?
Anybody trained in six sigma..?
Just been on a course 2nite on six sigma through my work.....
Training to be a Six Sigma specialist..
Anybody know what i'm talking about..
MAybe some of you used the 5s principals....

doin a hnc in mecatronics so we have studied it.

dow chemicals uses six sigma, my dads the highest level you can get.
black belt or something silly named like that.

yep its black belt...well hard to get..loads of years experiance needed for it.

yeah we do it here, six sigma, 5s and t2k although think t2k is our own system,was offered to do six sigma but said no-really cant be arsed

Cool..
My company has adapted ot slightly to our needs..
It was motorlola that started it way back and they introduced the belt system.
We do not use it however...My company is world wide and we use it slightly diif
U have
Specialists
Experts
champions
master champoins etc
but no belt system.
And the 4 principles of 6 sigma has 5 in our company so we can call it
company name 6 sigma ( not aloud to use company name on internet )
got to start a project now.....
