Last Night my car cut out! Again! Just parked up at the side of the road left the music on lights on, and the car running! was out speakin to sum friends when i went to switch it off it had cut out! Gutted! wouldnt start again!! Left it 45 minutes and it started no probs! STRANGE!!!
Recently it wouldnt start either jumped started it and left it a while and its worked! In the past week ive put in a new fuel filter, new panel filter, new oil and a new battery! now it looks like its non of them! Im just major pissed off that it is still doing this!!
Can anyone shed sum light on this? The Engine Management Light isnt even cumin on so i dont knw the fault!!

have you got lots of ICE? altenator maybe not charging the battery, or did you check this out? measured the voltege when car is running?

well when its cut out the music and lights and that are still on! i thot if it wasnt chargin the baterry all the electrics would be fadin!

thing is it runs fine! when its starts! probably better than before as ive chnged over a few bits! Im startin to think it is a loose wir or sumthing!

might be some earthing cable*from battery or altenator*, ignition cables, the one wich goes from block to inlet manifold, earthing too....
its complicated...

well its doing my head in! its shit cuz i cant take it bloody anywhere because it will cut out not start for 30 40 mins! jus cant be arsed we that shite!

but the car running and twist the cables. if it stops, try to find out what cable it is.
try battery to earth,alternator cables, the one wich is at the right side of the lower inlet manifold,ignition cables, try everything!!

im away to get it up on the ramps soon! sum1 else said my car is running off the battery and alternator is fuked! henece when i stop it doesnt work cuz the alternator aint workin proper!

rite after a major look! nuthin wrong except fried spark plugs! so just serviced it a flush the engine we that cleaner stuff and drained the oil again! new oil filter! so hopefully its fine now! seemed to be running ok all of today now!

get the imoboliser checked, mine was cutting out it turned out to be that, the circuit boards were corraded
