What if u wanted to run the 2nd cap to another amp then cable from battery to cap 2 then to amp 2 correct?

capacitors wired in parallel have an added capacitance, so that looks right. As opposed to them being wired in series having an inverse total capacitance.

what if u wanted another amp in do u take cap 2 out of the diagram and not make it parallel.
