fuckin result!!!!!!!!!!!
the lady that was in the HR office thought that my sacking was very harsh so after i had gone she rang her main office. i didnt know she was doin this at 3'oclock i recieved a phone call asking whether i wanted a job!
this lady had sorted me out another work place 
so as from 8am tomoz i am one of the guys who fix petrol pumps 
moneys pretty good actually and no shitty shifts
happy andy!
i shall still be writing a complaint though to argos, and a very nice e.mail to the lady in the HR office.

That's bad news matey - feel sorry for you. Unfortunately, that's the way temps in this country get treated. This hire and fire policy is the downside of capitalism and the 'flexible' labour market. I know cos I temped for a while too.
Unfortunately, even as a permanent member of staff, you've no right vis a vis unfair dismisal until you've worked somewhere for at least a year (thank Maggie Thatcher for that)!
My advice would be to forget about it, put it all down to experience, and spend your energies getting a new job. Who knows? You may end up getting something better in which case the bastids will have done you a favour.
