when u hit a pothole?
cos i saw a astra mk3 gsi with a wheel missing and a very fooked wing and brakes
the guy sed he hit a pothole and it came off?
looked lowered and it looked like it had 16's

my wheels nearly fell off the other week - I had a locking bolt spin otu and the wheel was only on three bolts - then they started to move - by the time I stopped -the wheels was hanging off - only a day or so after getting them on in the fiorst place

i saw a 206 lose a wheel on my way back from watford last week :O
Just as we were joining motorway this guy came bootin it past in the slow lane and his wheel overtook him! Nasty... Luckily he stopped on hard shoulder but that was thanks to his disk which was used as an anchor!
Nasty tho... wudnt wish that on any1!

yea a mate in a mk3 golf had his rear wheel come off. going round a corner.
thing is he doesn't drive enthusiastically, so i laughed my head off when he told me.

I doubt a pot hole would fetch one off generally its because the bolts have been left loose.
I had a front wheel bearing sieze on a nissan cabstar it snapped the stub axle and the wheel brake disc and calliper overtook me. Luckily I was only doing 30 and as it was n/s it just veered into the kerb and it held me straight until i stopped about 50 yards later.

my dads back wheel overtook him when he was brakin once then the back of the car hit the deck and caused 2ks worth of damage.
lucky he was on doing about 25mph if that had happened on a motorway.

happened to my mate  he smashed up a kurb fukin his wish bones and all that! got that sorted and came on macds 1 night and his wheel fell off
