On a budget what is the best Cat 1 Thatcham approved alarm to get? In other words the cheapest!! Preferably if possible ill be lookin at £300 tops so anything under that would be better!

i'm getting a clifford concept 300 on monday. costs £300 plus £50 fitting. Sposed to be the dogs

well for that price anyway

for that money i would say get a clifford concept 300

£300 including fitting for clifford 300, got mine for that.

Just look in maxpower usualy some in there will come to you and install for 300.

you can and bits to the concept 300 that are on the 600 which u want. check out www.clifford.co.uk for full details mate. I'm getting mine and gonig to get tilt/motion sensor added on

I got the Toad Ai606 (thatcham cat 1) for £199 inc fitting.
Everyone says it's a good alarm, I'd have to agree.

this is a good choice and great value the clifford is known to have problems

it is a good alarm ,cant fault it at all only thing is you cant get intellistart but who needs that really .

Whats that? Starts ya car to warm it up, while ya in your house? The one that if revs go over 2k it cuts out so cnt be stolen?
