u can get coilovers for €299 from german ebay. oh thats brand new.

koni shocks bottom out without bumpstops at approx 80mm. Your car will allready be sitting WELL into its bumpstops with 60mm. You need coilovers, the only option im affraid. They aint that expensive...

get the hacksaw out chop em i did it on me last corsa its harsh yeh but the rides already crap on 60mm

ANY car can pass an MOT with cut springs so long as they are seated correctly and do not unseat when jacked up... How can it possibly void the insurance if it goes through an MOT? I think thats being a tad pesimistic...

you can't chop the back ones, only the front and its the pikey option anyway!
