heres a rough idea:
Engine 2.0l with some tuning goodies
coilovers
18's
new front arches, sideskirts, rear bumper, spoiler, bonnet, zorst, mirrors, funty indicators and smooth that damn scuttle scuttle.
Re-spray in lambo orange and black 
re spray dash to match along with some carbon fibre interior bits
re trim install to match as well.
try and get a Naka CD 400 headunit too

cant you sell yours and start again? recoup some of your outlay? your plans sound like a whole new car.

front bumper fettled with - smooth out the vents in the sides, and mould in a lower carbon splitter
rear bumper - cut out diffuser and mould in carbon ABT Audi TT style diffuser
Exhausts
Full carbon and GRP ICE build, carbon door builds and dash hacked abotu a bit
and Leather retrim, new darker tints
oh the joys of having a mate who owns the biggest ltd composite technologies company in the UK - might even get a bonnet if Ive got time at xmas
