Easy as pie.

But you may aswell go for the 2.0 16V brake conversion, the disks are the same diameter but the 2.0 16V ones are wider and the calipers are much much better.

A basic run down on what you need to do.

Remove wheel, then undo the caliper guide bolts at the back, need a 10mm allen key for this.
When the caliper is off, clamp the brake hose, undo the nut at the back which holds the brake pipe onto the back of the caliper, then just swap the calipers over.
For the disks all you need to do is undo the phillips headed screw that holds the disk to the hub, pull the disk off and swap it over and put the screw back in.
When the disk is back on just slide the caliper back over the disk and replace the caliper guide bolts and away you go.

I would recommend getting some Loctite to put on the caliper guide bolts, I have to admit I forgot this and one worked free, the top one, the caliper dropped forwards and caused some problems, as in stopping the car from moving. All sorted now though

Hope that helps mate.

Dont forget to blead the caliper to remove air from the fluid after they have been fitted. You can get caliper froma brakers yard. Look for late MK2 astre gte. MK3 Astra gsi. 2.0L 16v Cav or early Calibra ones will fit ok.
