Does anyone know how much it would cost roughly to put a bigger engine in a mk 2 clio? My mate has one and wants a 172 engine or something similar, but i reckon it will be expensive as the engines are a lot rarer than the C20XEs for corsas?! Any ideas?

yeah thats what i thought. Im getting a conversion on mine basically cos they didnt make a 2.0 corsa!

The easiest conversion i've seen in a mk2 is the R5 turbo lump.

A company called 5 Alive have done a couple.

get BB-Tuning to throw in a 300bhp lump and Vrrrrrrrrmptshhhh all the way till it pops
