Used the top of a Corsa C mfd to get the shape required and covered it in cling film (so it didnt stick to te resin) then stretched material over the lot and coated it with resin.
Just put two layers of fibre glass sheet on and waiting for it to dry.
All thats left is the sandin Thats a pain in the arse job

Looks promising, but why does it have a big lump at the side? (Part nearest camera)

Oh and for the sanding, get the worst done by an angle grinder, then give it a good finish by hand.

Yeah, its gonna be mounted on the dash.
The sides need filling to make them follow the line of the frame. The Corsa C display is a bit wider than a corsa b.

Only mods to engine are superchip and filter, oh and the powerflow exhaust. Its a GSi anyways so tis OK.
