I don't know whay but always prefered fifa to pro evo soccer..Prob because i've been buying fifa for 4 years now..Used to it..
Graphics look quality..Players and stadiums are superb..Also the crowd is alot more involved in thier singing etc....

u could create players in fifa 2003..Not sure on 2004..Also reckon tackling etc looks spot on in 2004..But i'm a bit biased....

Who want realistic all the time.
Some times its just good to piss on the cpu 20 - 0 and feel good without having to think too much

think 2004 is hrder than 2003...but only had 2 quick games like....New features look good...Like to be tested, not win easy all the time...
Will be starting a career 2nite I reckon....

venom i'm not dissin pro evo like..Only played it once..(old one) Just prefer fifa as been playin it for 4 years like.

Ive got both Fifa 2004 and Pro Evo 3 and IMO Pro Evo is better if you want a serious game and some hard competion againt the CPU - Fifa is good for a p*ss about with your mates and if you want to play "fun" football.

However I must admit Fifa 2004 is the hardest Fifa game I have played yet and the graphics/Sounds is miles better than Pro Evo, but its the gameplay that lets it down - which has always been the case.

Career mode is good though.....

Noonster don't agree wi u there mate about 'fun' football..Is hard when on semi pro pro mode..CPU is good...Game play and movement is exceptional..

been playin career mode last 4 hrs and is deffo hard...Depends what mode u put it on...
Amatuer. semi pro or professional..wouldn't say it's a peace of piss on the harder modes..Quite solid actually..
Think they have spoiled it a little bit by trying to make it too much like champ manager..Player training etc...Fifa etc all about the actual game play...
Graphics are superb, stadiums and sound crowd etc are ace..

Totally up to date wi ronaldo and kleberson etc in man u team...Will get used to the extra features after a while....

Mav only played it for one hour - so you know more than me

However I agree that the prem is upto date, but div 1/2/3 arnt really, as My cousin way playing it earlier while I was on here and he was Hull City Div 3 and hes says the team aint upto date at all

Then again this is the first time fifa has included these teams, so maybe next time they will be right...... he also agrees with you about the gameplay etc.... and the champ man thing.

yeah never looked at div 1.2.3 or that......but top leagues are up to date..

also now unlike 2003 when u want to buy a player the other team can reject the offer.. as i found out.. don't like this..

Tried to buy..nesta, maldini and henry and all offers rejected...and some sort of points system per week...ovr budget for week etc... don't like that....

Yeah he was saying that about the transfers also - he was sat in the same room playing the game having loads of fun, but I decided to stay online, wish I had played now.....

Like the idea of bids being rejected makes it a bit more realistic, and harder to cheat - How do the transfers work then with your points???

Also how does this training work - does it actually do anything?? as it costs points he was saying.....

Im really gonna have to play it for a few hours 2mora, instead of asking loads of questions LOL

On the training side you can only set 1 set of training plans per week..Say individual training or extra fitness..If you try to do both comes back with your over budget...

Tranfers are a point system is strange not worked it out yet..But u still have a certain amount of money..I went man u and had 33 million but all bids were rejected.....U get points aswell for not letting in any goals in 10 home games etc..Scoring in 10 away games on the trot...think maybe has something to do with the on line play thing...comptete against other ppl and tally up points..

To be honest i'm not intrested in all that I play fifa to ply actaul fitba wi a wee bit management..
When I want to do Proper management stuff I play champ man 4 on pc....

But still deffo worth the money for the game play etc..
Evey sat or sun night a few of my m8's come across and we play fifa all night..Comp sort of thing..Only when i'm alone I will play career mode...
