just topped up my O2 fone using card for £10, got topup successful message etc, looked at balance, was 0, So thought well must not have gone thru, ill topup again, did it again, for another £10, all went through fine, and then once again, balance, 0, So tried again using different card this time, again for 10 quid, went through successful, and same again, no balance.
Any ideas? 02 customer services closed and sum important calls / txts i need 2 make!

Probably o2 experiencing difficulties mate, nothing can be done unfortunatly, its not a phone fault, only thing you could try is turning the phone off for like 10 mins then back on.

i did a top up and it said it had failed, did it again and said failed again, later found out i had £20 on ma phone....they always f*ckin up!
