opinions please.

Unbelieveably cheap they are, and offer cover for all cosmetic mods ( not including engine). Is it too gud to be true???

Are there any catches???

Has anyone claimed?? did u ave any problems claiming?

any thing u think I mite wanna know please say.

ive swapped mine over to HIC from adrian flux, well impressed with them, only thing that hikes up the premium is NOS. neva claimed though

im also with HIC, yes they are cheap but if you make a claim they fuk you around big time from what ive heard, there are lots of car clubs that wont even touch them now, they dont even allow them into their events etc

Saw a write up on them ages ago in a trade mag, something like they fight every claim so it takes months for you to get any money

Im with HIC!
Think there 19+
They cover all mods for free (even engine stuff) but only up to 9bhp is free.
They'd cover/quote me on a turbo conversion with +50% power for about 50% more premium!
Ive never claimed but got all mods listed so im pretty safe, i hope, il have to check that link out!

hmmm....thats quite worrying reading that link u put up here gambit. I've now gotta way up whether to go wiv them cos they do have amazingly cheap premiums or not to go wiv them cos of a chance they wud refuse to pay if it was a slightly dodgy claim.

to be fair tho, they do insure loadsa ppl and a couple of complaints is bound to happen, no one really knows the exact circumstances of the crashes or accidents that they won't pay out on, so I think I'm willing to take the risk. I desperately need that no claims bonus!
