owing to the lack of the above mentioned item, i belive i may need to purchase one (and a decat pipe)
i was thinking along the lines of a janspeed 4-2-1 or an ashley competition manifold.
Views, opinions, and alternatives welcome......

rebuildin it at the mo, just sent a cheque of for a gasflowed head and some cams, gonna buy a manzel airbox at some point, and superchip/remap along with the zorst

yes inlet dbalis is better than manztel IMHO. 4-2-1 good yes. get everything fitted then unichip. should get around kindness got 114 without the inlet for his 1.4 16V recon 1.6 would get around 155hp with that lot

i mean a chip of some description, haven't investigated that yet!! im not too sure about the dbilias stuff tho, coz that comes with software and cams ( if i remember correctly, which often i don't ) and gives up 22Ps, where as manzel gives up 22bhp on its own..........

this is the difference between a GSi with decat and filter and a GSI with the dbilias, decat

this is the same car before and after unichip. note the mid range gains. peak is not changed that much

that first graph is at the wheels. the gsi with the inlet makes over 20hp @ the wheels more peak

im gonna have sooooooo much fun when the engines back together, thought the first graph looked a little weird, and that would explain it! for the money, i think replacment inlet manifolds are definately worth it.......
