anyone know what I have to type into the 'run' box in windows xp to get up my current IP address. I canny remember what it was!

Something like winipcf ??

ipconfig

altho running it from the run box will result it in closing as soon as it is finished.

run 'cmd' to get a command line console
then 'ipconfig'

or right click on 'My Network Places' n then right click the network connection that u want the ip of

or.... if u have 2 small computers, one slightly behind the other, with flashing/continuous blue lights, then right click that, n then status, then support
