u need to edit phpBB_logo file, i think it is, what board u running? should be a site that can tell ya about that certain board.

Yup edit the phpbb_logo.gif to wat ever u want saveit as phpbb_logo.gif then u gotta upload were the file is "phpbb2/images/phpbb_logo.gif" (example) via FTP ..
