Ive got a kocking noise from steering, vaux say its gonna be normal on the car!!!!!

has anyone had a new rack and stopped this noise?

I had a new one fitted and it made no difference. Its a design fault, but they told me it was just noisy not dangerous.

i had sum sorta mad clip replaced a while back an it was kinda better, but now the knockin noise is back.
